Job&Talent is a company that focuses on providing services for other companies that require employees, either for specific campaigns or long-term jobs.
While being part of the Marketing team, many assets were designed for campaigns and projects that were required worldwide, ranging from digital assets to printed ones. Most of the images used were created using AI, accommodating the needs of the campaign to create images that fit the role or project.
A/B testing was one of our daily tasks. We would create several versions of the same asset, so we could test which one worked better for the project. This was always a rewarding task as we could learn what worked better in certain campaigns or another while being able to monitor changes or fluctuations in market demands.
Lastly, creating small websites for specific roles was something needed from time to time. It mostly involved using HTML 5 and CSS, sometimes implementing the use of AI into the code to solve some specific problem or requirement requested by the customer.
