Project Overview
Sihti needed to redesign its whole website, redoing it based on the new guidelines and requirements they wished to implement
My Contributions
I was main and only designer tasked with this project. Said project lasted for almost a year with brief periods of hectic activity followed by others of awaiting feedback from the other side. The redesign for the website involved the creation of images, icons, layouts and wireframes with strict respect for the guidelines.

Sihti is a Finnish company focused on the services not unlike Adecco in their objective of matching companies in need of workers to qualified individuals. I was put in charge of this big project and acted not only as its graphic designer/UI specialist, but also as liaison between the Finnish development team and my project manager.
This project involved a heavy use of Figma, which by that time had recently learned. At the beginning a lot of trial and error was involved until a deeper understanding of the sofware was reached. Before the end of this successful project, I was reassigned as the only UI specialist for my team in Adecco.
